Fabtech Education Society is an ethnicity for quality education. The primary motive of FES is to empower rural youth through skill based education & the institute persistently strives for excellence. FES is an educational mission headed by its founder Late Hon. B. A. Rupnar, President Hon.Mrs. Neelvarna Biraso Rupnar , Chairman - Hon. Bhausaheb Rupnar who are eminent industrialists & multifaceted visionaries bearing high values & futuristic thinking, to help flourish the rural mankind through modern education & skill development.
The institute has been successfully running Engineering Colleges (Degree & Diploma) since 2011. With a view of imparting K.G. to P.G. educational facility under a single roof, the institute has established Fabtech Public School, for young students in 2016. The school section is backed by rich educational experience from having worked in various prestigious institutes. The school incorporates very effective concepts of Montessori & the play way system. We believe that democracy is the ability of children to learn while they play. Hence our teachers act as facilitators & we use different pedagogy-Learning by doing, Activity based education & understanding through research & discovery. The school has restricted upto 40 students per class in order to cater to individuals & it follows the best curriculum by Macmillan & NCRT for active & holistic learning. The school has adopted many diverse policies and activities including the NASA Activities for kids, weekly phone calls to the parents, SMS system, Classwise WhatsApp Groups, Annual Presentation by students through the Air Channel, Inter School Competitions, etc. and has succeeded in setting benchmarks in all these spheres. Academics and extra -curricular activities i.e. Scholastics and Co-Scholastics are very well blend and balanced here and hence the school has been effectively tapping the hidden talents among individuals, channelizing them and is successfully bringing out all round development in the students’ personality.
